Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Commun-ET is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility. commun-et.com aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content may not yet fully meet this standard; we treat any non-conformance as a defect to fix.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and a single primary heading per page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states.
- Color contrast checks against AA targets in both light and dark themes.
- Alternative text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on interactive surfaces such as the concierge chat and Mapbox map.
- Responsive layouts that reflow at 320px and zoom to 200% without loss of content.
3. Known limitations
- The interactive Mapbox map is decorative for keyboard users; equivalent jurisdiction information is provided in adjacent text.
- Some PDF case-study downloads may not be fully tagged. We are remediating these.
4. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of commun-et.com. If you encounter barriers, please contact us:
- Email: accessibility@commun-et.com
- We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Assessment & enforcement
This statement was prepared via internal self-assessment of the Site against WCAG 2.1 AA. It is reviewed quarterly and after major releases.
