These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of commun-et.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. PermitPilot™ Platform access is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to (a) interfere with the Site's operation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) scrape or harvest content without permission; (d) misuse the concierge chat or contact forms.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including copy, design, code, logos, and the names "Commun-ET" and "PermitPilot", is owned by Commun-ET, LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
3. Submissions
Information you submit through contact forms, quote requests, or chat is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to share it.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
5. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Site content is informational only and does not constitute professional, legal, or engineering advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMUN-ET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
