Brands and operators we've moved through review.
A selection of programs Commun-ET has run, from new restaurant formats to broadcast-deadline league events to multi-state franchise rollouts.
Programs in motion, portfolios at scale.
Each case study covers the challenge, the approach, and the measurable result. Some entries are drafts pending client-supplied numbers.
Wonder
How Wonder moved a novel restaurant format through Baltimore, Aspen Hill, and Largo simultaneously — recovering 14+ weeks against the original schedule.
McDonald's USA
A ground-up McDonald's on Buffaloe Road in Raleigh, with a delivery team spread across four states. Commun-ET carried City of Raleigh site plan and building review, Wake County and state health, the city's grease program, Duke Energy electric, and the AT&T telecom pathway on one coordination cadence.
McDonald's USA
Fourteen-plus permit tracks, three utility disconnects, one immovable opening day. Commun-ET ran Prince George's County, WSSC, MDOT SHA, PEPCO, and Washington Gas in parallel, and absorbed a mid-review design change without losing queue position.
PopUp Bagels
Eight approval tracks including Old Georgetown Review, the Commission of Fine Arts, DC Health, and DOB, enrolled in Accelerated Plan Review from day one. Certificate of Occupancy, sign permit, and Basic Business License all cleared ahead of the April 10, 2026 opening.
Wonder
Commun-ET serves as Wonder's permitting backbone for the DMV area and growing for the brand's rapid multi-market rollout, turning a novel restaurant format into a repeatable jurisdictional playbook.
DraftARS Brands / Wingstop
Commun-ET acts as the permitting team for ARS Brands' Wingstop portfolio, running new builds, conversions, and remodels across multiple markets with a single workspace and a single accountable PM.
