    Stats Methodology

    How we measure 99% / 30+ / 12+.

Transparency is part of the platform. Below is exactly how Commun-ET defines and calculates the headline statistics displayed on our home page.

    30+

Stat 01 // Permit Approval Rate

    Why we report 99%.

Definition: Percentage of permit applications submitted by Commun-ET that reach final issuance without being re-scoped, withdrawn, or substantively redesigned after first formal review.

Sample: All applications Commun-ET filed on behalf of clients between January 2013 and December 2025 across QSR, telecom, and civil infrastructure verticals.

Exclusions: Applications paused at client request, projects cancelled prior to first review, and emergency right-of-way permits with no formal review queue.

Source: Commun-ET internal project ledger, reconciled quarterly against jurisdictional issuance records where available.

Stat 02 // Years of Expertise

    Why we report 30+.

Definition: Cumulative years of permitting and utility-coordination experience held by the firm's principals, applied to client engagements through Commun-ET.

Anchor date: Commun-ET was established in 2013. The "30+" figure reflects the combined tenure of the firm's principals and is conservative.

Note: Individual principals carry tenures of 25+ years in several cases - see the About page.

Stat 03 // Integrated AI Agents

    Why we report 12+.

Definition: Discrete, production AI agents within the PermitPilot™ platform that operate autonomously on permitting and utility workflows, including parcel extraction, zoning monitoring, environmental briefing, queue surveillance, and submittal drafting.

Counted as of: Q1 2026. Agent count grows as new jurisdictions and workflow types are onboarded; we publish a "+" suffix rather than a precise integer to reflect that cadence.
