Priced against the work — not the seat count.
Our team operates PermitPilot™ inside every Commun-ET engagement. You pay for the permits we move and the program we run, never for software you have to operate.

Pricing, straight answers.
Is PermitPilot sold as standalone software?+
No. PermitPilot™ is never sold, licensed, or handed over. It is Commun-ET's proprietary operated service layer, run by our team inside your engagement. Pricing scales with the work, not seat count.
What's the minimum engagement?+
We don't take work under $3,500. Single-permit projects in regulated metros (NYC DOB, DC, Prince George's County) typically land between $5K and $12K once jurisdiction complexity and review cycles are factored in.
How is the Program tier priced after the $18K starting point?+
Program engagements use a base + per-site + complexity model: a base fee covers the embedded senior principal and our full PermitPilot™ service layer, then we add a per-site retainer (~$1,500–$3,500/site/month depending on phase) and apply a jurisdiction multiplier for heavy metros (NYC, SF, DC core). Most multi-site programs land between $22K and $55K per month.
Do you take equity or success fees?+
Standard engagements are fee-for-service. For large public-private programs we occasionally structure milestone-based bonuses tied to approval dates. We never take equity in client projects.
Can we start small and grow?+
Yes. Most enterprise clients begin with a Per-Permit pilot in one market, then graduate to a Program tier once the operating rhythm is proven. There's no penalty for upgrading mid-engagement.
Do you work outside the United States?+
On request. We've supported Canadian rollouts and limited EU projects through Enterprise engagements. Reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for the market.
Tell us about your portfolio. We'll come back with numbers.
Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough to scope a pilot, a program, or a national rollout.
